The
way we work will vary from project to project due to it’s size
or complexity. But as a general guide for New Build Projects the
process will be as
follows:
- Inspect the site & analyse any restrictions that may be a
factor in the project. Research the planning history of the site
as needed & assess any planning restrictions that may be a factor
is the planning process.
- Discuss the house type & the Client’s brief for the project,
taking into account their individual requirements & aspects of
the site with a view to maximising the potential of the site.
- Proceed to produce initial draft proposals of the house based on
the client’s brief
- Finalise the design to meet the client’s needs
- Proceed to apply for planning permission, guide clients through
the planning process & advise them on necessary documents & reports
to accompany the application.
- Additional service will be required on applications in some cases
such as EPA reports, Digital Surveys, Archaeology reports. Where
these are required we will advise you at the initial stages.
- Submit the planning application & liaise with the planners
where necessary.
- Detailed drawings and specifications as needed. |
